Boho Style
This marquee wedding didn’t merely illustrate the relaxed boho style with its rustic trestles, simple coconut matting and open-sided traditional tent.
It also demonstrated how to make a tent deeply personal, weaving in the bride and groom’s shared love of reading and fantasy. Magical, literary-inspired details included pages from Terry Pratchet’s Discworld series of book that replaced flowers as table decor, to table names drawn from fantasy worlds like Middle Earth and Westeros.
This event was from 2022. Now the boho aspect would probably have been updated with a more defined colour scheme and some luxury elements. The fashionistas are calling this new style boho luxe.
