County Marquees have been serving the lovely old coastal town of Eastbourne for over 30 years.
Why County Marquees?
- We stock a variety of marquees that are suitable for all sort of occasions, formal and informal, large and small. Our tents are also modular which allows us to extend space indefinitely. Traditional style marquees are well suited to larger festival type events, while clearspan structures can be adapted to accommodate events in narrow, awkward spaces with intrusive shrubbery.
- We also stock stretch and Chinese Hat tents plus a good range of furniture, lighting and other event equipment.
- We offer a free site visit where our friendly Sussex representative will survey your site discuss with you how best to turn your ideas into reality.

How big?
A quick rule of thumb:
- For a buffet event you will need a minimum of 0.8 square metres (8 square feet) per person
- For a seated event you will need a minimum of 1.4 square metres (15 square feet) per person
- Then you will need to add on space for extras like dance floors, bars, reception areas and so on
How much?
This is a rough guide to help you plan. The lower price at each level is for a bare marquee plus installation and takedown; the higher price also includes extras like matting, lighting and lining.
